SHIPPING & RETURNS
Maiya Publishing is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through premier courier agencies only.
Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies to all pin codes where courier service is supported by our logistics partners within 3 business days, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and Courier Company shipment delivery norms. Please note Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
Custom duties/taxes/charges may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. We at Maiya Publishing are not responsible for these charges and are not aware of what these charges, if applicable, would be for each destination country. We would recommend to contact your local custom office to inquire about what these would be for parcels being shipping from India to your country of residence.
All shipments within India are free. We charge a flat amount of INR 2500 for all international orders.
All shipments are trackable.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete & accurate address including zip code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (MasterCard & Visa) and provide Net Banking Option across major banks.
Shipment methods – Within India, we use ‘Professional Couriers’ and other international partners for the rest of the world.

Orders placed on Monday through Friday are shipped within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking ID once the order ships.
A mail is sent to the customer after the order is shipped with this tracking number along with the service provider information.

Maiya Publishing endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.
To exchange a product or report a damage in transit please email us within 48 hours of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
Our team will look into the issue and revert within 48 working hours.
If the package is returned to us due to some reasons from the customer’s end, Maiya Publishing does not take responsibility for the return shipping fees. The customer will have to pay the shipping fees again for us to send their courier to them again.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution. No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address. Refund will not be provided after two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or if the package is refused by the recipient.
The sale of Original Artwork is final and cannot be returned.
Products that have been ordered online cannot be exchanged. You can cancel the order & place a new order for exchange. Please see our cancellation policy.
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receipt of the product by Maiya Publishing, provided goods are received in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse or receipt of request for cancellation of order. Refund method will be based on the mode of order payment, as follows :
Orders paid for through net banking/credit card/debit card, accounts will be credited back to the bank account via NEFT to customer’s bank account.
If you made a mistake when placing an order, you can contact us to cancel the order without any charges, provided it has not already left our warehouse (typically 6-8 hours). Beyond this timeframe, you may cancel the order with a 20% restocking fee. The balance amount will be remitted to your Maiya Publishing Credits account which will be valid for 6 months from date of issue.
Purchases made from a sale are not eligible for cancellation or exchange.
